Building your new home
During construction of your new home, we welcome your input.  We work diligently and hard to complete your new home in a timely manner.   By working together, we will provide you with estimated completion dates of the various steps in new home construction - allowing you to plan and a smooth moving transition.

Closing and moving in
Through out the construction process we will be in contact with your attorney and lender, making sure all paper work is in order.  We'll do a "final walk through" with you to make sure your home is built to your satisfaction and to go over certain items such as, maintenance and service.
